Family Caregiver Support Program
The Family Caregiver Support Program provides a network of support for caregivers. Caregivers play a vital role in helping older adults maintain their health and independence. The program supports family caregivers by providing information, assistance, and services to help them care for not only their loved ones, but also themselves. If you are an unpaid caregiver of someone 60 years of age or older you may qualify for the Family Caregiver Support Program. Whether you have an ongoing need for support or a one-time question our full-time Caregiver Support Specialist is here for you.
JAAA funds and works with a variety of organizations to provide these and other services on our community.
